Give your candles a professional finish with crystal clear cello packaging , shrink wrap , shiny metallic bows and ties. Or- tie them off with raffia or brown craft twist ties for a country look- grosgrain ribbon for a classic look- or with tulle for a more sophisticated style. Be creative!
