Introduction :

Chocolate shaped in a mold, including classic treats like chocolate Bars, Valentine and cartoons . Tempered chocolate is poured into a mold, cooled, and un molded. Molded chocolates can be solid or hollow. Chocolates that are not molded are enrobed.
